On November 4th, America votes. While President Obama will not be on the ballot, all 435 members of the House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate will be. The President faces the possibility of a Republican majority in the House and Senate. Ari Shapiro is an NPR international correspondent based in London, award-winning journalist and former White House Correspondent.
