Dear Ivy Circle Alumni, dear friends,

The German Friends of LSE cordially invite you to our LSE Alumni Munich Beer Festival Networking Event on 26 September 2025.

We will walk together to Oktoberfest, where we will take our reserved seats at the Festzelt. Our tent is renowned for its traditional atmosphere, featuring folk dances and authentic Bavarian performances such as the Schuhplattler and Goaßlschnalzen.

You can either stay in the main area of the tent and continue partying or join in a stroll across the Octoberfest to enjoy the atmosphere of the colourful lights in the dusk. We will show you some of the more traditional rides which are fun to either watch or ride, like the Toboggan, the Schichtl, the Teuflelsrad or the Motodrom. We will stop to join any ride you please on the way and can always stop at one of the numerous booths or the outside area of the tents for more food or dinks.
