The first event will be on November 5th, 2018, with Anne Applebaum (Yale College class of 1986), a Pulitzer Prize winning historian, journalist, author and commentator on geo-politics.

1) Factory Tour Mercedes-Benz AG
Location: Käsbrünnlestrasse, 71063 Sindelfingen
Meeting: Mercedes-Benz Kundencenter, 5:30pm (tour starts at 6pm), Duration: 2 hours, cost: 8 €

2) Dinner at the American Restaurant “Tower 66”
Location: Graf-Zeppelin-Platz 2, 71034 Böblingen
Meeting: around 8:30 pm, cost: self-paid

Where: Royal Hirsch Garten (www.hirschgarten.de) the site is also in English, transportation directions are given (tip: S-Bahn station “Laim” is better than “Hirschgarten”)
